JM 7090 Guerra

The JM 7090 planter is king of the Jumil planter range. This no-till planter is constructed on a heavy duty frame to withstand the most arduous of conditions. High floatation tyres which are pulled and not pushed, require less power and maintenance than those on competitor planters. Compaction is minimised.

A strong cross box drive to the seed unit, 15" mismatched discs and an external depth controller ensure that each seed is placed precisely and that they can emerge uniformly.

There are many options to choose from on this planter which allows each farm to optimise the planter for their soil conditions. These include:

In order to open the soil effectively there is a choice between a parallelogram mounted 20" cutting disc which follows the soil contours most effectively, or a pivoted disc or a depth controlled cutting ring.

The seed distribution can be either pneumatic or mechanical with the Apollo plates as an additional option. For the pneumatic seed distribution, the fan can be driven via a cardan shaft (PTO) or hydraulically. (30 litres per minute oil flow required).

For granular fertilizer, a furrower tyne or 16" mismatched double disk assembly is available. V shaped wheels cover the fertilizer. Planters have been converted to liquid fertilizer for those wanting to use the liquid or do precision farming.
